I. What Information Do We Collect and/or Process?

We collect and/or process different types of information, including but not limited to personal data ("Client Data"):

We collect and process information/data ("Client Personal Data") from clients and/or Client Users for our own purposes (e.g., providing and managing services).
We also process other data on behalf of clients (e.g., content generated, requested, or posted by clients through supported platforms, and messages of End Users that our clients monitor or collect from supported platforms via the Service) in accordance with the instructions (including information and End Users) provided to us by clients through the Service ("Client Content"). Our clients control how they collect and use their Client Content.
Therefore, we only use Client Content to provide services to clients in accordance with the instructions provided to us by clients through the Service.
We never collect/process sensitive data, as the use of the Service does not technically allow for this.

1. Client Personal Data

Types of Data

When you first register for a Dragon Boat account and when you use the Service, we collect data about you as a client/Client User, such as:

Your full name
Your email address
Your company name
Your company address
Your company phone number
Social profile URLs
Content you post on social profiles linked to the Service
Information we may receive about communications you send to us, such as inquiries or comments about our Service

Dragon Boat also automatically collects and receives certain data from your computer or mobile device, including activities you perform on the Site, the Service, supported platforms, the type of hardware and software you are using (e.g., operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies (see "Cookies and Related Technologies" below).

For example, each time you visit the Site or use the Service in any other way, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, time of access, the webpage you came from, the areas of the webpage you browsed, and the webpages you visited (where applicable).

How We Use It

Dragon Boat uses Client Content for the following purposes:

Identify the author of End User messages.
Aggregate all End User messages from the same person and provide a history of all past conversations between End Users and clients.

2. Third-Party Applications and Social Networks

The Service creates an ecosystem where you can choose to connect with supported platforms. If you choose to send your content to a supported platform, Dragon Boat is no longer responsible for that content once it leaves the Service. The content will be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant supported platform. For example, if you use the Service to post a message on Facebook, Facebook's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will apply to that message on Facebook's servers. Although we attempt to only allow access to supported platforms that share our respect for your privacy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any supported platform. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any supported platform you access through the Service.

By accessing and using Dragon Boat, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

By accessing and using Dragon Boat, you also acknowledge that Dragon Boat uses the YouTube API Service. By using the YouTube API Service, you further acknowledge and agree that it is linked to Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Revoking Access to Supported Platforms

If you want to ensure that the Service does not rely entirely on connections to supported platforms and their APIs (such as Facebook API, Instagram API, Twitter API, LinkedIn API, and Youtube API Service), since the Service accesses data from the social profiles you previously connected to the Service, here's how you can proceed:

Dragon Boat may also use related technologies, including web beacons, pixels, and software tokens, to facilitate your use of the Service. Most notably, the Service uses software tokens (securely stored on servers controlled by Dragon Boat) to facilitate login to and proper functioning of the two supported platforms.

III. How Do We Protect Your Information?

The security of your personal information is important to us.

Dragon Boat has implemented various measures to ensure that information is adequately protected against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and destruction. Please keep in mind that risks can never be eliminated, but they can be significantly mitigated and reduced. You should remember that submitting information over the Internet is never completely secure.

All measures taken by Dragon Boat significantly reduce risks. In the event of any unauthorized access, use, and/or disclosure of information, Dragon Boat shall not be liable to any third party, including you, provided that such information is not caused by Dragon Boat's gross negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud, or bad faith.

The security measures implemented by Dragon Boat include:

Only a limited number of Dragon Boat employees have access to information stored on Dragon Boat's servers.
We use industry best practices to ensure the security of any information collected and/or transmitted to supported platforms. Both the Site and the Service are protected by the SSL protocol, which provides encryption for all transmitted data.
Dragon Boat's servers are protected by: a) firewalls that create a barrier between our secure, internal network and the Internet; and b) IP restrictions that limit access to whitelisted IPs.
Each client can only access information related to the social profiles they are tracking and the specific End Users who interact with those social profiles. For Twitter and Instagram, each client can also access public content posted by End Users that contains specific keywords.
Dragon Boat uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. All these vendors provide first-class security.
Dragon Boat regularly reviews its information collection and processing practices and will review and revise this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Dragon Boat uses third-party vendors to prevent attacks on the Site or Service and the destruction or theft of its data. These vendors also monitor for potential attacks to enable Dragon Boat to notify its clients if their Client Content and/or Dragon Boat data is compromised.
Dragon Boat takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please note that despite our efforts, no security measure is 100% impenetrable.

IV. Children

Because the nature of our Service does not appeal to children under the age of 13, Dragon Boat does not intentionally collect or receive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under 13. If we later learn that any of our Service users are under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete the user's information from our account database and restrict that individual's future access to the Service.

V. Your Rights: Access, Correction, Deletion, Disclosure

Whenever you withdraw your consent, you acknowledge and accept that this will immediately terminate your use of the Service.

Such requests must be sent from the email address used to create an account on Dragon Boat.

Please note that Dragon Boat may be required to retain certain personal information for a period of time after account deletion for our legitimate business purposes or as required or permitted by applicable law.

You should be aware that Dragon Boat acts as a channel between our clients and the various supported platforms we work with. In some cases, content posted through Dragon Boat will not be in Dragon Boat's custody or control, and any content you share through the Service via any supported platform may continue to be available to third parties and the general public, as the content is now controlled by the operator of the supported platform.

Dragon Boat does not rent or sell your Client Personal Data or Client Content. However, in the circumstances described below, we may disclose such data to a limited group of trusted third parties, and by using our Service, you expressly consent to this. We will disclose your personal information when required by law or court order, and to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements or obligations. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that such requirements or obligations are consistent with applicable law.

We reserve the right to disclose your information to any third party if we have reasonable information that such disclosure is necessary for investigative purposes and/or to enforce any violation of the Terms of Service (if applicable), to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, technical issues, or other violations or illegal activities, and to protect the rights and property of Dragon Boat.
We reserve the right to disclose your information to parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with Dragon Boat.
